Christmas Offering
I love this time of year – Holiday parties, Christmas trees, Hot Chocolate and the spirit of generosity that seems to swell up in our society. There’s something about peace on earth and goodwill towards men that makes me think about other people a little more than usual.
This month, we are inviting everyone connected to New Life Apostolic Church to participate in our annual Christmas Offering. This is the time of year where we put feet to our faith – where we show our community the love of Jesus. The idea here is that as we buy gifts for other people, we want our largest, most extravagant gift to go to Jesus. We’ll use 100% of donations to this offering to fund the following projects.
- Local mission opportunities within our community
- Church Building improvements
- Giving to Foreign Missions and Ministries such as Christmas for Christ.
On December 14, 2014, we will receive the Christmas Offering during our Sunday service. We’re encouraging everyone to come prepared to give on that day.

NLAC Couples Fellowship April 20th at 4:30-7:30pm
To all New Life Couples
I pray you have been prospering in your marriages. I came across an anonymous quote that said
“Love is a fire. But whether it is going to warm your heart or burn down your house, you can never tell”. We certainly can tell because God has given us words of wisdom regarding how to have the happiest and most fulfilled marriages.
We will be having couples dinner and fellowship next Saturday April 20th at 4:30-7:30pm at New Life Apostolic church.
Topic of discussion is “Giving Strength to the One you Love” from the Home Builder series entitled “Building Up Your Spouse” by Rainey
Please mark your calendar and plan on attending. I think you will enjoy this series and benefit from the varied experiences that our group has to offer.

HYC ’13 – Identity
HYC ’13 was great by all standards! This years theme was Identity. the messages and lessons focused on encouraging and teaching us to keep and have a true apostolic identity.
It was great for New Life as well. Through out the conference many of our young people were touched and challenged by the messages that we heard. The result of this atmosphere was that three young people from New Life received the baptism of the Holy Ghost. We want to thank God for all he has done at HYC ’13
The Pursuit of Christian Character
This Wednesday Pastor Henry started a new bible study series called The Pursuit of Christian Character. He will be continuing the series this wednesday at 8 pm. Come out and take part in this series learning what it truley means to be Christ like.

Updated: Student & Young Adult service was Great!!
On Sunday, November 4, We had a great service! We started off with pizza lunch for everyone who stayed after Sunday Worship. Then we had an energetic and upbeat Worship service that everyone got into. After that Craig, the youth director, spoke about the power of building a constant prayer life and used examples from book the Circle Maker by Mark Batterson. We ended by having group discussions that helped us to think about how can apply what we learned to our lives. The next Service will be on December 30th. Will you be there??

Fall Festival ’12
Join us tomorrow for our fall festival celebration!!! Taking place at New Life Apostolic church. There will be food, fun and games for the children. It will be taking place from 1pm to 5pm. Hope to see you there!
